Return Policy

We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects and shipping damages.

Contact us within 7 days after you receive the jewelry for any return requests.

Mail your concern at info@rananjayexports.com or call / message / Whatsapp us at (+91) 9116124275. We will send further instruction via email.

Things to keep in mind before placing a return request:

• The refund will be initiated after we receive the jewelry and it passes the quality check.
• The jewelry should be in an unused condition and in its original packing. The tags and original invoice should be intact.
• The return amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

*The shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

The customer will bear the return shipping charges.

P.S. - We recommend you to get the return package insured and share the tracking details with our customer support team. This is to avoid the damage in cases of uncertainties.
